RENTAL POLICIES
Option 1 - Look through our extensive inventory online and click the Add to Cart/Quote button for any items you are interested in renting. Once you are satisfied with your item list you can checkout, fill in the information required and we will confirm that the items are available for your special date. Once we have confirmed that the items are available, we will then send you a formal quote including any delivery fees that may apply. You can then reserve the items with a 50% non-refundable retainer fee and agree to the Terms & Conditions on our website.
Option 2 - Make a list of items that interest you and give us a call at 705-349-8889 or email us at kim@grantyourwishrentals.com and we will start your Quote. Once we confirm your items are available on your date, you can reserve your items with a 50% non refundable retainer fee and agree to the Terms & Conditions on our website.
Option 3 - You can set up an appointment to view our items in person by calling us at 705-349-8889 or emailing us at kim@grantyourwishrentals.com. Don't forget to let us know what items or displays interest you the most so we can be prepared for our appointment. Feel free to send us those Pinterest photos.
PICK UP POLICY
The day before your event (unless otherwise agreed upon in writing) you can pick up or we can deliver (delivery charge may apply) all the amazing props that you selected. All pick ups must have a pre-arranged time as this is not a store front.
PAYMENT AND DEPOSITS
Once you have arranged your event date and desired items, we will send you an invoice. A 50% non-refundable retainer fee is required to hold your items for your event date.
The full balance owing and damage deposit will be required 30 days prior to pick up or delivery.
Damage deposits are as follows:
- Rental orders under $500 require a $100 damage deposit
- Rental orders between $500 and $1000 require a $200 damage deposit
- Rental orders over $1000 will be determined
Damage deposits MUST be made by e-transfer and will be returned within 3 business days of all items being returned on time and in good condition.
The cost of replacement and/or late fees will be subtracted from deposit if rental items are not returned, are returned damaged or returned late.
We also require photo ID clearly showing the full name and address of the person renting the items one week prior to pick up or delivery.
Payment can be made and tracked easily by email money transfer to kim@grantyourwishrentals.com. We accept visa, mastercard and american express; however, additional fees apply. We also accept cash. Sorry we do not take cheques at this time.
DELIVERY
Delivery is available at an additional cost. Price varies depending on location.
RETURN POLICY
Unless otherwise agreed upon in writing, all items must be returned no later than 7.00 p.m. on the Monday after the event. Unless we have previously agreed in writing for an extended rental period, any late returns will be charged 20% of the total rental contract per day. All returns must have a pre-arranged time as this is not a store front.
CANCELLATION POLICY
The Retainer fee is NON-REFUNDABLE should you cancel your booking for any reason. You can change the items (add or remove) on your invoice (adding additional items is subject to availability) up to 30 days before your event date and we will adjust the invoice accordingly; however, should your Subtotal fall below the initial payment amount, no refunds for the difference will be provided. No refunds are provided for any cancellations with less than 30 days to the event date.
