BALLOON DECOR ​PAYMENTS AND DEPOSITS
​Once we have discussed the details of your event and the date has been confirmed we will send a quote. Once you have approved the quote a 50% retainer fee is required to guarantee your event date and time.
​Retainer fees are non-refundable, however, if you notify us at least 7 days prior to your event, your deposit can be used for a future booking within 6 months of the event date. Any orders cancelled with less than 7 days notice will lose their retainer fee.​
BALLOON GUARANTEE
​We only use the highest quality balloons and materials, however, some may pop or deflate sooner than anticipated. We cannot guarantee your balloons will last once they have been delivered or picked up. Environmental factors, including but not limited to, weather, children, pets, different surfaces, and foliage can jeopardize the lifespan of our creations. We will replace anything we pop in transportation or during setup.
